Pre-release allocations and barrique format offers are an integral aspect of the APW strategy. Pre-release allocation allows our clients to secure a certain quantity of stock prior to public release, essential due to the restricted quantity but high demand nature of these premium wines.

Equally important is the barrique, (French for barrel), which is equivalent to 300 bottles. Acquiring high-calibre wines at the volume and competitive pricing offered is rare in the premium wine market.

Australian Portfolio Wines has established relationships with growers and winemakers, to ensure you are first in line for opportunities most people never even know are there.

APW offers two main types of wine portfolios — Premium and ‘Cult’.

Premium
This includes blue chip wines with established pedigrees such as Australian icons Penfolds Grange and Henschke’s Hill of Grace.

Cult
These are the less well known — but no less impressive in terms of performance — boutique wines which are increasingly hard to source at the right prices.
